I went in for a consultation about nose surgery, and the explanations were more reasonable than I expected. So much so that I even thought about going through with surgery there. They also gave me a big discount on the surgery cost. In the end I didn't do it, but I don't think it was a bad place. I think it's worth going at least once for a consultation.
