My contracture was severe and it was a revision surgery, so I had given up and was just living with it until I found the information by searching around. At another hospital it was quoted at 1100 for the nose, which was way too expensive. I finally found this place, got a consultation, and had surgery with autologous costal cartilage and 2 mm silicone. The consultation manager was kind. They smoothed out the depressed scar at the tip of my nose and brought it out in a straight line. The result is very satisfying. I acknowledge the hands of God.
