I went there after looking into several hospitals to remove a failed eyebrow tattoo. The consultation was good in that they seemed to care for each individual patient, but even after the consultation day I always had to wait longer than my scheduled time, which was disappointing. Because the pigment had gone in so deeply, I needed several treatments, but progress felt a bit slow for the number of sessions, and the skin at the outer end of my right eyebrow still slightly sticks out like a keloid, which is stressful. The staff also felt unfriendly, so I did not return after the scheduled sessions.
