I went after looking into several clinics to remove a botched eyebrow tattoo. I think it was good that the consultation felt like they cared for each customer individually, but it was disappointing that even after the consultation day, I always had to wait past my reserved time. Because the pigment had been inserted deeply, I had to receive multiple procedures, but considering the number of sessions, I felt the progress was a bit slow. The skin at the tail of my right eyebrow is still slightly raised like a keloid, which is still stressful. I also felt the staff were unfriendly, so after the sessions I had reserved, I did not return.
