There were no major issues in the consultation with the director, but I did feel a slight sense that answers to questions other than the surgery method were given rather casually. Other than that it was fine, so I was still considering it, but then the consultation manager pressured me to make a same-day reservation. When I tried to express that I did not want to, I said the price was within my expected range so it was not a big problem, and she responded with an offended attitude like, 'Well, if you do not want it, then fine?' I thought, why do I have to read the manager's mood? I was so dumbfounded by the manager's attitude that I immediately took it off my list.
