During the consultation with the doctor, there was nothing particularly uncomfortable, but I did get a slight feeling that answers to questions other than the surgical method were given rather carelessly. Everything else was okay, so I was considering it, but the consultation manager pressured me to make a same-day reservation. To express that I was declining, I said the price was within my expected range, so it was not a major issue, and then they reacted with an offended attitude, like, “I paid attention to you, but if you don’t like it, whatever?” Why should I have to walk on eggshells around the manager? I was so dumbfounded by the manager’s attitude that I immediately removed it from my list.
