Both the manager and the director were kind and professional. After the consultation with the director, having a consultation with the manager made it feel less like a factory-style clinic, which was nice. There was a waiting time. They carefully adjusted the line several times during the consultation and explained everything. They told me to say only what I wanted and not to do what I did not need. The manager also treated me comfortably.
