Both the consultant and the doctor were kind and professional. It was nice that I consulted with the doctor first and then with the consultant, so it didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic. There is waiting time. During the consultation, they held the line several times and explained it. They told me to mention only what I wanted and said not to do anything unnecessary. The consultant also treated me comfortably.
