As another person below wrote, the staff are not the kind of people who feel especially friendly. It felt a bit cold and distant. I did not feel any warmth. The doctor was also the type to say only exactly what needed to be said. But the explanations from the counselor and the doctor were different, so my trust dropped a bit there. The counselor said something completely opposite from the doctor, so the professionalism... hmm. Well, as long as the doctor is the one saying the correct thing, that is what matters.
