I consulted about my eyes and nose. It was my first visit, and they took a CT scan to check everything as accurately as possible before the consultation. Both the director and the manager were quite kind. The advantage was that instead of saying "do this, don't do that," they kept multiple possibilities open and told me to decide from the patient's point of view, but on the other hand, that also made me worry more, which was a bit disappointing.
