I'm currently debating between [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], but the reviews... Which one should I choose? Both recommended removing only the silicone and using ear cartilage to lower the nasal tip, without using costal cartilage. And one place recommended Megaderm for the nasal bridge, while the other suggested either trying silicone or not using anything at all and raising the tip to match the bridge. Honestly, I had almost made up my mind and was going to decide after reading reviews, but I'm worried because there are so many comments about aesthetics and about Megaderm's drawbacks I had my hump shaved down, so my nose is now lower than my original nose, and I have contracture If anyone has had surgery for a similar case, I'd appreciate it if you shared your review Reviews of the hospital and surgery are good too, and reviews of using Megaderm or reusing silicone after contracture would also be great!
