My original nose had a septal support graft, and I had revision surgery because the cartilage was showing through, but it did not turn out as expected and the nose was lifted even more. At [Clinic A], they said to take out the support and use auricular cartilage to build it up. What I am wondering is: if the septum is removed and an auricular cartilage support graft is used, will it still show through? I had osteotomy done too, and there is no implant in my case. It was a nose that had been altered a lot. But [Clinic B] said it would be removed completely, and after reading a blog review saying the shape changed again at 7 months, I am worried. The more I wait, the more anxious and conflicted I feel. If anyone knows a place that does complete removal again, please recommend it. And if anyone has had a similar experience, please let me know~
