I heard they were famous for skin flap removal, so I went to have it removed. For people with a lot of lesions, it would probably be cost-effective. I went there on purpose because I thought they had a lot of experience, but there was nothing particularly special. It was good that they also did a scar-prevention laser after removing the skin flap. But communication with the clinic is terrible. No one seems to know or take care of the customer's prepayment rights. It looks like they do not record charts properly. They seem to do handoffs by phone, but there is no real detail. No one knows the exact price of the procedure. Because the arrangements were not properly coordinated, I stayed anxious and suspicious throughout the treatment. In the end, they skipped the procedure and kept the management going, then acted like it was the customer's fault for not saying they would use the prepayment credit. I definitely said the name of the prepaid procedure and asked to do it together today. If they had looked at my chart even once, they would have known that procedure referred to the prepayment credit and handled it. They have no flexibility at all. They should have asked instead of just trying to make me pay again. I have nothing else to say. Never again.
