I heard flat warts were what they were known for, so I went to get them removed. It would probably be cost-effective for people with a lot of them. I deliberately sought them out because I thought they would have done a lot of cases, but there was nothing particularly different. It was good that they did a scar-prevention laser after removing the flat warts. But the hospital’s communication is really poor. No one knows about the customer’s prepaid package, and no one takes care of it. It seems they don’t enter things properly in the chart. They seem to use walkie-talkies, but there’s nothing meaningful in the content. No one knows the procedure prices properly. Things weren’t arranged properly, so I kept feeling anxious and suspicious while receiving care. In the end, they skipped a procedure and proceeded with care, then pulled the “it’s the customer’s fault for not saying they would use the prepaid package” move. I definitely said the name of the prepaid procedure and asked them to do it together today. If they had looked at my chart even once, they would have known that procedure meant the prepaid package and proceeded. They don’t have even that much flexibility. They could at least ask. Then they pulled the “please pay again” move. I have no words. I’m never going again.
