I consulted Director Jang Joo-yoon about square jaw and recessed chin. What left a strong impression on me was that the director drew the nerve lines one by one and explained everything in detail. However, when I had made my consultation appointment, I had specified Director Lee Dong-chan, but on the day itself I was assigned to Director Jang Joo-yoon, with no word to me at all and as if they had never received that I had requested a specific doctor. That is why I gave 3 points for staff kindness. On my follow-up consultation visit, when I asked to be switched to another manager, the manager who had handled me was kind. If I had not been switched, it would have been 1 star, so I took that into account. When you book a consultation, be sure to double-check. Or, honestly, applying through KakaoTalk may be more certain.
