I had a consultation with Director Jang Ju-yoon about my square jaw and retruded chin. I was very impressed by how the director drew the nerve lines one by one and explained everything in detail. However, when I made the consultation appointment, I had specified Director Lee Dong-chan, but on the day of the appointment, without saying a word to me, they said they had never received the information that I had specified him and assigned me to Director Jang Ju-yoon instead, so I gave 3 stars for staff friendliness. Later, when I visited for a second consultation and asked to switch to a different consultant, the consultant who took over was kind. If they had not switched, it would have been 1 star, but I took that into account. When booking a consultation, make sure to double-check. Otherwise, I think applying through KakaoTalk might be more definite.
