The director seemed very confident about the surgery and tends to discourage anything unnecessary. Their confidence in surgery is remarkable, and they also seem especially good at shaping noses. But the cost was the highest among the places I consulted, so it felt too burdensome. If only the price had been lower, I think I would have gone through with the surgery. The consultant felt like an older sister giving sincere advice.
