I did not get it myself, but two friends had nose surgery and fat grafting there. It is expensive. One person had filler stuck and had to have it scraped off, and wow, it was surprisingly expensive. But both surgeries turned out really well, so I asked for a nose revision too, but they said there was nothing to do and would not do it Then I said the nose was crooked, so please redo it, and they said if they do it again it will just become crooked again, so do not do it. So I made a pig nose and said it was crooked here, and they called me greedy and said why would I spend money on revision surgery for that so I did not do it.
