I had hump reduction and cartilage tying 23 years ago. The doctor said it was a simple surgery and secretly inserted L-shaped silicone without telling me. Ten years later, my nose became crooked, so I went to an ENT clinic and was told there was silicone inside. I had only the silicone removed at that hospital. But after the swelling went down, the left alar cartilage was slightly protruding. Back then, both sides were so well balanced that I lived like that for 13 years. I just thought my original cartilage was a little prominent. But problems started to show from 2 months ago. As the right side of the nasal tip started to droop, the left alar cartilage began to stand out. The protrusion became more noticeable than before. Now I’m suffering because of asymmetry on both sides. I’m scheduled for surgery at [Clinic A] next week, and I really hope it goes well. Is there anyone with a case like mine? I feel like I can’t find anything similar no matter how much I search.
