Could this be silicone bridge inflammation or a pus buildup?

Sorry the condition of my nose is kind of dirty.. the bruise looks a bit darker in real life than in the photo.. it was my first surgery, and it has only been about 2 years since I had it done T_T But this year I developed sinusitis, so I have been suffering a lot from this feeling of pulling at the bridge + swelling + swelling between the eyebrows and in the face, and so on.. At first I never even thought of sinusitis and assumed it was a side effect of the nose surgery, so I was really anxious and got depressed too, and every time I took medicine it would get better and then repeat again, but this time the bridge got bruised and the area around it stayed swollen all day.. If you look at the photo, the middle part is not that severe, but when I asked around, people said it looks bruised, and the swelling and pressure? I guess that is what you would call it? around the eyes and between the eyebrows has been lasting all day too. It has been like this for about 2 to 3 days. I sent photos to the hospital where I had the surgery and asked whether I should visit, and they said to watch it for another day or two for now, but I was a bit worried so I went to an ENT clinic yesterday. They looked inside my nose and checked the condition without taking any pictures or anything, and said it was sinusitis... Before this, I had never had bruising like this T_T I am taking an antibiotic injection and even an antiparasitic medicine, but my condition is unchanged.. It does not hurt when touched or anything, but the bruised area feels like it is tightening, and the inside feels itchy and buzzing all day without stopping, so I feel like I am going crazy for real. Honestly, I want to go have the silicone removed, but I am working right now and cannot take leave whenever I want, so not being able to match the schedule as I like is also super stressful T_T T_T T_T Do any friends here have had similar symptoms?
