My body is thin, but I tend to have cheek fat. I got it twice at 2-week intervals, and I think it varies a lot depending on the director. The first time, it hurt a lot and I bruised a lot, but the effect was good. The second time, it didn’t hurt much and I didn’t bruise, but I didn’t see the same effect as the first treatment After the first treatment, I swelled a lot immediately afterward, but the major swelling went down in about 6 hours, so it was fine. The bruising lasted from the next day through days 3–4, so I covered it with makeup when going out.
