I'm looking into revision surgery because my nasal tip is drooping, but at the place where I had my first surgery, they said it wasn't drooping to that extent, so I feel like our styles don't match, and I'm planning to look elsewhere. For the first surgery, I only used ear cartilage, you know? I want to do septal cartilage + ear cartilage, so would that mean taking cartilage from the other ear?... And I don't want to use rib cartilage, has anyone heard that their septal cartilage is small?
