5 years ago, after shaving down my hump and getting silicone and septal cartilage, I lived for 2-3 years without realizing it might be inflammation. When I found out it was severe, I urgently had it removed about a year ago. Six months ago, because I was scared to put silicone back in, I had implant-free correction for a crooked nose caused by contracture and only had the bones brought together with osteotomy, without inserting silicone. But the osteotomy area spread apart and became uneven, which stressed me out, so I had the separated area brought back together and put a very thin layer of silicone on top again, but I'm so worried about inflammation..
