I had surgery using septal cartilage, but it looks so natural that no one notices. I think I did such a good job getting it done! There’s no scar left, and it doesn’t show from the outside... The only disappointing thing is that the plastic surgery clinic recently closed I want to recommend it to people here and there, so it’s such a shame
