About 2 and a half years ago, I had rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic (low nose, bulbous nose, nostril/alar base reduction)! The director tends to make results look natural, and now that 2 and a half years have passed, the nasal tip has dropped a lot, so I'm thinking about revision surgery My nostrils are uneven, so my overall satisfaction after surgery is about medium!
