I had an internal incision because I was worried about scarring, and maybe because of my skin type, even though 6 months have passed, the scar is still noticeable enough to bother me a bit I think it would work well for someone with wide nostrils? For me, rather than having wide nostrils, I just have a bulbous nose, so I'm looking into bulbous nose surgery again
