I had rhinoplasty a long time ago with an L-shaped silicone implant, but the nasal tip looks so strange that it's stressing me out, so I'm thinking of doing it together with facial contouring. But I'm scared contracture might happen even though it didn't happen after my first surgery The only thing that bothers me is that the nasal tip drops in a blunt-looking way. Would it be better not to touch my nose?
