When I smile broadly, my nostril wings lift up, so my nasal tip doesn’t look extremely upturned, but when I’m still, it looks too upturned, and the shape of my nostrils looks like holes that were pulled from a circle? (I don’t know if this can’t be helped because of my original nostril shape), so it’s really obvious I had surgery ㅠㅠ It doesn’t look extremely strange, so... I’m living with it, but if it stays like this, I think I’ll end up getting revision surgery later. If they had at least made the area under the columella protrude a bit, I think it would have looked less obvious.
Could the nasal tip... come down a little?
