They say that once you have under-eye fat surgery, adhesions form and revision surgery becomes difficult. Is that true? My tear troughs are sunken, and the fat wasn’t removed cleanly either.. Has anyone had a successful revision surgery? I want my under-eye area to look clean, so if there’s a clinic that’s good at revision surgery, please recommend one.
