I’ve seriously had dark circles since elementary school, and I also have under-eye fat, so even concealer doesn’t cover them When I look at people who had under-eye fat repositioning, some say the dark circles stay the same, and others say the dark circles get lighter as time passes, so what’s true If I get under-eye fat repositioning surgery, will they still not be covered with concealer....?
