Honestly, when I got double eyelid surgery, I didn't know anything about Gangnam clinics or anything, so I went to a neighborhood clinic, and I'm so, so satisfied~!!!
The cost was half as much, and seeing how satisfied I am with the eye surgery,
I don't think a Seoul clinic is necessarily the answer..
But for neighborhood clinics, you definitely need to go based on local word of mouth!!!
