What do you think about donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip? Since it’s not my own, it feels uncomfortable It’s a revision surgery, and right now my nasal tip was done with septal cartilage. The hospital I consulted says they need to use donated costal cartilage. Is it extended the way septal cartilage is?
