I think I've narrowed it down to 3 places in the end? But each hospital has such different surgical methods that I'm conflicted..
<My criteria for judging the hospitals> 1. Private clinic: not factory-style x no surrogate surgery x 2. CCTV & cleanliness: safety first 3. No implants: no worry about inflammation x 4. Doctor's experience: 15+ years 5. Consultation atmosphere & aftercare 6. Reviews: whether the result is close to the shape I want & no side-effect cases x
<My nose shape> Fake hump: low between the eyes, but there is a nasal bridge The nasal bone is a little vaguely wide Tip drooping

ENT specialists handle endoscopes well, so they are good at nose-related work / plastic surgery specialists are more likely to create good shapes

At first, the septum seemed best because it didn't require harvesting from other areas, but after studying more, I found out that the most frightening side effects that are almost impossible to reverse are septal hematoma or septal perforation Also, the septum needs to be strong enough to support the structure above it so height can be built up stably, so I don't plan to touch the septum ■First hospital is almost out...?!
■The second hospital has the prettiest nose shape, so I like it, but it's open surgery
■The third hospital is closed!! So there is no cotton packing in the nose, and only taping is done without a splint, so people who don't bruise much can return to full daily life in 3-5 days But I'm also scared of the temporal fascia, and it's Kozelko, where ear cartilage is crushed and injected, so maybe it would be fine for revision surgery or procedures to refine the shape later, but as a first surgery I'm conflicted
