My hooked nose was severe, so I had the hump shaved down. I didn’t want to put in silicone, but I was told it would come out cleaner if I did, so I had it inserted. But maybe the hump wasn’t trimmed symmetrically on both sides; as time passed and the swelling went down, the silicone looked crooked. I didn’t like it every time I took photos, so I thought I would need revision surgery.
