13 years ago, I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. Now I’ve had consultations at 5 revision surgery hospitals.. Some say removal, some say costal cartilage.. My head feels like it’s going to explode.

I went there, and they suggested doing it with an open approach. I'm worried it might leave a lot of scarring. Is it usually often done with an open approach? I went to two places, but should I go to one more?
