From what I saw, in cases with an L-shaped implant, there wasn't much nasal tip manipulation, so even after complete removal, it wasn't hugely different. But in my case, septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used too, so if I remove everything up to the nasal tip, I'm worried it might turn up or collapse. Could I know how examples of removal in cases like this turned out?
