I went for a consultation because they said they create crease lines well, and the consultant was pretty and kind. The process was consultant → doctor → consultant. The consultant recommended corrective incision, while the doctor recommended corrective incision, four-direction canthoplasty, and fat grafting as well. It was my first time being recommended fat grafting, so I was doubtful. I had already undergone canthoplasty reversal surgery, and did not feel good about being told to widen the corners again. My eyes only needed a slight crease revision and ptosis correction (optional), yet they recommended canthoplasty or grafting.
