Review of DA Plastic Surgery Clinic in a community

Before going to this clinic, the clinics I had visited didn’t match the line I wanted and my opinions, so I went to DA. They said the line I wanted would be possible, so I was honestly swayed. The doctor also made the line look pretty when he marked it out. He adjusted several different line heights and placed it very precisely. But after I got home and searched through reviews, it seemed like there weren’t many reviews for that doctor’s eye surgery, so I didn’t end up getting it there. I had even paid a deposit, and they said cancellation was possible, but the refund wouldn’t be deposited right away and would take about 2 weeks. The consultant was kind and pretty. Her tone was kind of cute too, with almost excessive friendliness like she was talking to her boyfriend..? Of course, it’s probably all to make money, but it still felt nice, and she was really beautiful too. But during the cancellation process, I had to contact the consultant in charge, so I did expect she might try to persuade me one more time to do it at their clinic to some extent. But more than I expected, she asked why I didn’t want to do it, whether I had consultations at other clinics, said I could be honest, and that if I told her what the problem was, they would accommodate it. She asked if it was because there weren’t many reviews for that doctor, and said that those things are all marketing and that he has a very long career, things like that. But she did hit a nerve lol. Still, since it’s my first surgery, I want to do it somewhere with a decent number of reviews, so my mind didn’t change.. Anyway, she kept saying things that felt like she was trying to persuade me..? so it was awkward to answer and refuse… Since she kept asking, I also just made up excuses, but right before hanging up, the consultant said my words didn’t really add up, and that was a bit like that, right? So I was like, what? I did feel a little annoyed? People can just change their minds, and it’s my eyes, so whether I do it there or not, I’d like them to just refund me cleanly without asking anything. After that, she told me to think about it more and contact her again if I was going to cancel, then hung up.
