From the day of surgery, I had swelling that felt like it would burst and severe asymmetry. I had a bad feeling from then on, so I contacted the clinic a few days later. They said it was normal and would all return, but even at 6 months my eye shape has not returned, and the area under my eyes is instead deeply sunken, so as soon as I apply makeup, three or four long lines of wrinkles remain ^^. Other people’s residual swelling subsides within two months at most, but I was noticeably swollen for two months. What I got from lower eyelid surgery here was that both eye shapes had the lower lids raised, making my eyes smaller.
