Review on day 2 after secondary posterior canthoplasty Two years ago, I had non-incisional posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, but there was no effect at all. The most important part in deciding on revision surgery was how much effect I could get from the posterior canthoplasty, so I chose Director Song Hoon. When I had the preoperative consultation, I went in after being told that he would design it in the operating room, without any consultation about exactly how much it would be opened or anything like that. But the surgery ended without any discussion in the operating room, so I was very flustered. After surgery, tears and discharge keep coming out, so it is very uncomfortable in daily life, but my eyes have definitely been widened, so I am satisfied.
