I went to Cheotnun and Areumdaun Saram~~ I didn’t want a factory-style clinic, so I looked into private clinics, and since I’m very quick to take action, I first went to places where I could get consultations quickly!
First, my eyes are monolids + epicanthal folds + eye fat haha.. And because my eye-opening strength is weak, I’m also considering ptosis correction.
Both places recommended an incisional method, Areumdaun Saram - incisional ptosis correction (non-incisional is also possible) Cheotnun - incision (they didn’t separately mention ptosis correction) For canthoplasty, both said we would do upper epicanthoplasty.
And the cost was Cheotnun >>> Areumdaun Saram Cheotnun was just.. too much of a financial burdenㅠㅠ
And the consultation times were similar, Cheotnun - they answered the things I asked about in detail (I was grateful, but.. it was so deep that it was hard for me to understand..) Areumdaun Saram - they answered what I asked and also explained things beyond my questions (because they talked with the patient as the focus, it was a bit easier to understand)
If I had to choose one of the two for now, I felt like I should go with Areumdaun Saram. Both places were kind, but I also thought I needed ptosis correction, and maybe because it’s my first surgery and I’m very scared, I felt like I wanted to have it done at a hospital that made me feel reassured.
I still haven’t gone to all the consultations, so I’m planning to visit one or two more places and then decide on a hospital! haha
