If I get revision rhinoplasty this time, I'm looking into doing it with autologous costal cartilage. Has anyone had autologous costal cartilage and then had another revision surgery??.. My skin is thin, so I don't think I'll be able to raise the nasal tip very high, but has anyone had a successful revision with autologous costal cartilage? I guess I should make an appointment before going for a consultation, right? If I don't make a reservation, I can't get a consultation, right?
