I’m getting autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty (revision surgery) + paranasal augmentation (first surgery) During my first nose surgery, it hurt so much... Now that I’ve actually set the reservation date, I’m so scared I can’t sleep For now, I added a pain-control injection Will it hurt more than facial contouring surgery (chin tip + square jaw),,? Pain-control meds work well for me, so for contouring, after having the pain-control pump on, it didn’t hurt at all from about 1 or 2 hours later ㅠ But many people say that even with pain control, the autologous costal cartilage harvest site and the nose still hurt, so I’m so, so worried ㅠㅠ If anyone has experience, please let me know Is it pain that breaks through the pain control? ㅠㅠㅠ I can’t sleep because of this

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
