I kept the implant on the nasal bridge as is, and only extended the nasal tip using septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. I didn’t even do alar reduction But the bruising near my eyes and the swelling on my nasal bridge are insane.. I only had the nasal tip done and it still turned out like this;;; The glabella area especially isn’t going down, so all kinds of thoughts come up, wondering if it could be a hematoma Ha, even with a nasal tip revision, can hematoma occur in the existing nasal bridge and glabella area? Ah, I just hope it’s swelling~~ It’s only day 6 now, so I’m probably overreacting, right...
