After all the swelling from my rhinoplasty went down, the cartilage started showing through. I'm now in year 2, and it keeps showing through this much, protruding, turning red, then getting better, and repeating ㅠㅠ I don't want revision surgery, but is revision surgery really the only option? Is there any way to do something without opening the nose? The hospital is so far away that I just can't get there ㅜㅜㅜㅜ Even if I go, it's not like I want to have surgery right away ㅜㅜㅜㅜ There's no answer ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
