Because of my baby, I did it through the inframammary fold, and I had it done with dual-plane placement! Someone here asked in a private comment why I didn’t do subfascial placement, and I don’t remember exactly, but I think the director who did my surgery explained that with subfascial placement, the fascia thickness is only about 0.2 mm, so the implant being palpable would be extremely obvious, and the shape would not come out pretty! Anyway, I chose the safer option..
