I had orthodontic treatment twice in total, once in elementary school and once in high school. I had malocclusion since I was young, so if I hadn’t gotten braces, I think I might have ended up with a really severe protruding lower jaw. I don’t regret it, but my teeth have become very weak. My teeth are so sensitive that I can barely eat fruit. If your teeth aren’t very crooked, I think it’s better to just live with them as they are.
