My nose from the first surgery looked natural to begin with, so I was like, huh... is this even a operated nose? But now even the nasal tip has drooped more than at first, so my nose looks long and my side profile looks totally weird I want to bring the nasal tip out more clearly than now and shape it into a semi-boseon line.
