A large, blunt nose was my complex, so 7 months ago I had surgery only on the nasal tip, but there was no difference, so this time I had revision surgery on the tip again. When I had my first surgery before, at least it looked pointed right afterward, but this time I really can’t see any difference at all.. I spent all that money and went through all that suffering.. ㅠㅠ Last time they used ear cartilage, and this time they used donated rib cartilage. The clinic said the skin of my nose itself is thick, so it won’t become pointy, but it would still be lifted more than it is now. I brought in a photo of Winter and asked them to make it as dramatic as possible.. I’m honestly so upset.. Is rhinoplasty usually this unnoticeable? ㅠ The clinic itself does pursue a natural look, but I wanted a dramatic look even if it was obvious.. I definitely asked them to make it as dramatic and as pointy as possible, but I’m really, really upset.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
