Before, I originally never thought I would get nose surgery using silicone. Autologous dermis, donated dermis, ear cartilage, all kinds of things — I had consultations about everything except silicone, but at the last plastic surgery clinic, while having a consultation, I learned more about rhinoplasty and ended up using silicone. But to put it briefly, I think I would have really regretted it if I had used dermis. People like me who have no nasal bridge and a blunt nose probably hear at many clinics that they need silicone. But while it is fine to look into other options because you are scared of side effects, I think silicone is not bad either if it is done well. After actually using silicone, I could tell for sure. Silicone really seems to come out the way you expect. When I saw it in the 3D simulation, I thought, oh, this is high too? But after getting it done, it is so natural lol. Maybe I could have gone a bit more glamorous? Still, now that more than almost 6 months have passed, I am living well without side effects, and people around me say the shape turned out really naturally and well, so I am satisfied. I hope everyone really researches carefully and gets pretty, successful surgery!! That's all!
